The greatest name of Allah (Ism-e-Azam) has been recited and blown on this medicine.
Take this medicine equal to a gram and mix it with one spoon of butter/milk cream. Take it on an empty stomach on the first day of menstruation and continue using it for three days. 

This medicine is only to be used on the first day of the menstrual cycle and taken for three days during menstruation. If pregnancy occurs, then all right. If there are no signs of pregnancy, then continue using it the next month. 

Take it consistently for some months.
This medicine can also be used by women suffering from miscarriages.
