Refund policy

At Ubqari, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return any product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at moderator@ubqari.org with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

  • Please note that shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item or defective product).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos or videos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
