Returns

You may return any product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at moderator@ubqari.org with your order number and reason for return.

We will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

Please note that shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item or defective product).
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos or videos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
