He (ﷺ) loved perfume very much. He (ﷺ) always had a perfume box with him during his travels and visits, in which good and excellent perfume was always available. If someone gave him (ﷺ) a gift of perfume, he (ﷺ) would definitely accept it. 

It is narrated from Hazrat Umm Salamah (RA) Ibn Akwa that he (ﷺ) used to apply musk perfume to his head and beard. Keep in mind that applying perfume to the hair is Sunnah, but it is not appropriate to apply perfume or perfume to the face. Apply it only to the beard.
Spiritual perfume is a message of healing. Perfume is the favorite thing of the righteous, pious, Ghaus, Qutb, Abdals, and the soul of every righteous gathering.

The one who applies spiritual perfume will be respected in the world, will be attentive in remembrance, will be humble and submissive in prayer, and will be protected from the devils and jinns. The righteous jinns protect the one who applies spiritual perfume.
